Srinivasan has previously emphasized that bitcoin has proven itself as a hedge against hyperinflation in countries like Venezuela, Lebanon, and Nigeria. In addition to urging investors to buy bitcoin, Srinivasan has also made a million-dollar bet initiated by James Medlock, who bet the U.S. would not enter hyperinflation. Srinivasan responded by betting that it would happen and is moving $2 million into USDC for the bet.
