Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Ava Labs have announced a partnership that aims to scale blockchain adoption across enterprises, institutions, and governments.
Ava Labs is the company building out layer-1 blockchain Avalanche. This partnership will make it easier for individuals to launch and manage nodes on Avalanche, while giving the network more strength and flexibility for developers.
AWS will support Avalanche’s infrastructure and decentralized application (dApp) ecosystem, through its marketplace, including one-click node deployments, and Ava Labs will join AWS Activate, a program that helps startups and early-stage entrepreneurs get started on its platform.
This is the first foundational partnership between AWS and a blockchain. This partnership will allow developers to spin up their own blockchain on Amazon very easily, and it is expected to be the beginning of something much bigger.
